Eligebility and Terms
If you wish to return the product during the warranty period, you are eligible for a refund if you are complying with the following criteria:
- The customer will present proof of purchase directly from Biobeat Technologies Ltd.
- In the case where an order has been canceled before a carrier has picked it from our logistical center, no fee will apply to the customer.
- Eligibility for a Refund/Return will be 30 days from the purchase date, only if the device is in the original packaging and unused. Note, in such a case, you will be responsible for arranging a third-party courier to pick up your device at your cost.
- if a defect is discovered, the device will be repaired, replaced, or refunded subject to the below conditions:
- The warranty period is within 90 days of purchase, in the condition that no report was generated.
- We can help you to arrange a third-party courier to pick up your device by submitting a ticket to the Help Form at your earliest convenience. The courier service (and any applicable tax) will be charged at the going rate for your area, but if the collected device is determined to, in fact, have a defect, Biobeat will reimburse you for the courier costs.
- Once we have assessed a returned item and approved such a refund, you will receive your money back in the same manner in which you purchased the device from us.
Initiate a Return
- Claims for a return/refund can only be made via the designated Biobeat Help Form.
- Please classify the request as a return request.
- Make sure to provide your order number specified in the confirmation email.
- Please provide a short description of the reason you would like to return the device.
- Once we have confirmed the return, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent. Please use the original packaging to prepare the device for pickup. Use the number printed on the pre-paid shipping label to schedule a pickup from the nearest carrier's post.
Once a device is received at Biobeat
- Once the package is received, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address.
- Once we have assessed a returned item and approved such a refund, you will receive your money back in the same manner in which you purchased the Device from us.
