Account deletion can be done from the Biobeat 24BP mobile application. This process is irreversible and cannot be restored.

How to delete your account

1. Open the 24BP mobile application.
2. Click on the setting menu button located on the top right of the screen.
3. Tap on Your Profile.
4. Click Delete all your personal data.
5. Follow the in-app instructions.

Account deletion will cause:

• Your login credentials will be erased.
• All your previous reports will be deleted.
• All data stored on our servers allocated to the deleted account will be permanently deleted.
• To start a new session, you will have to create a new user.
